Universal McCann (UM), part of the advertising group McCann Worldgroup, is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Digital Ad Operation.

What you will do:

  • Implementation, optimization and reporting of digital media campaigns for clients from UM Romania's portfolio in platforms such as Banner ads display on sites with local content, Facebook, Google, etc.;
  • Data analysis: identifying insights for optimizing campaigns;
  • Post-buy presentations.

 

What you need:

  • Passion for technology and data insights;
  • The ability to work with data, to understand trends and present them in a concise matter;
  • Good communication and team-work skills;
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Some experience in digital ads set-up would be a plus.

 

…THERE’S MORE:

  • You will be a part of a dynamic media team and collaborate with multiple advertising departments (debriefing with McCann creative team, alignment with MRM Digital Creative etc);
  • You will diversify your knowledge in digital omni-channel approach (Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok, inapp ads, influencers apps etc) and access best practices info's from UM multiple markets (UK, US, Poland etc).
