With Vodafone dropping all roaming taxes, we wanted to show how this change improves people’s lives, so we turned to those who needed it most: travelling professionals. Our TVC follows the story of a plane pilot who is always at home to scare the monsters away from under his kid’s bed before tucking him in, even when dad is in a different country. No matter where he is, he’s always video-calling his boy for their evening monster-scaring routine.
Context / Problem / Opportunity / Insight
With no more roaming taxes, people who need to travel a lot for work can be closer to those back home. They no longer have to miss everyday moments that they love spending with their family as they can make the most out of any distance.
Target Group
Busy high-end achievers who seek ease of life through technology, which they also see as a tool to enrich their everyday experiences.
