How can a Romanian entrepreneurial business become an international voice in a difficult category? And what is the resemblance between Romanians, Italians, Germans, French or Dutch?
The answer to both of these questions was: telling a human story universally true that would not only conquer the category but eventually own it.
This is how the “Qfort - What is a window?” TVC came to life. Started from a simple question that enabled us to give dozens of different answers. With just two or three words it became possible to tell incredibly funny, surprising and emotional stories.
Context / Problem / Opportunity / Insight
QFORT became market leader in Romania two years after its launch in 2008. Six years after its launch in Italy and Austria, QFORT has secured a second position on the Italian market. The campaign's primary objective is to firmly associate QFORT with the windows category. Secondary - to become leader on the Italian market in 2018.
Target Group
The target group consists of European families with medium-high income, who are forced by the new European laws to consider using energy-saving windows. The commercial is targeted to Italians, Germans, Romanians and French people, and all European countries where QFORT will be present in the future.
