O tehnica care permite unei companii sa monitorizeze si sa managerieze performantele in legatura cu niste obiective specifice. Masuratorile se fac de obicei asupra performantelor financiare, valoarea clientului, procesele de afaceri interne, performanta de inovatie si performanta angajatilor.

A technique allowing a company to monitor and manage performance against defined objectives. Measurements might typically cover financial performance, customer value, internal business process, innovation performance and employee performance.
