Moscow International Advertising Festival (MIAF), competitia la care participa oameni de publicitate de pe doua continente, Europa si Asia, a primit anul acesta denumirea oficiala "Red Apple". Potrivit unui comunicat Gav Scholz & Friends, noua pozitionare a MIAF va aduce cu sine schimbari in cadrul programului de competitie, introducand o categorie noua, dedicata tinerilor creatori.
O alta noutate a editiei a XVII-a este includerea festivalului in Forumul "First World Advertising", destinat discutiilor care trateaza diverse subiecte din advertising.
La aceasta competitie pot participa lucrari realizate in perioada 1 octombrie 2006 - 15 august 2007, acestea putand fi inscrise intre 15 iunie - 15 august. Festivalul, ce se va desfasura intre 13 - 15 septembrie 2007 in cadrul Salii de film si concerte "October", va avea un juriu format din Mark Tutssel (Chief Creative Officer) - Leo Burnett Worldwide, Kitty Lun (CEO) - Lowe Shanghai, Lars Killi (Creative Director) - McCann Erickson Prague, Piyush Pandey (Executive Chairman&National Creative Director) - Ogilvy&Mather India, Roman Phirainer (Creative Director) - Instinkt, Igor Boiko (The head of the creative group Znamenka) - Znamenka, Maria Zaharova (Creative Director) - NFQ, Ruben Goltuhchan (Creative Director) - Advertising cartel, Jyrki Reinikka (Creative Director) - TBWA/PHS Helsinki, Andrey Zabiaka (Creative Director) - Saatchi&Saatchi Ukraine, Vladislav Makarov (Creative Director) Nebo.
