In 1997 a castigat primul Cannes Young Lions si s-a alaturat echipei BGS D'Arcy, impreuna castigand premii importante pe conturile Champion USA, Infostrada, Fiat, Swatch, Riso Gallo. A urmat, in 2000, agentia D'Adda Lorenzini Vigorelli BBDO, cea mai proaspata si creativa din Italia ultimilor ani cu clienti precum BMW, Campari Group, Damiani jewelry, Francesco Biasia Handbags, Bayer, Henkel, Juventus, Universal Studios. Astazi, Vicky este unul dintre cei mai tineri directori de creatie din Italia.
