Leo Burnett Bucharest was the agency with the most awards in the 25th Effie Awards Europe 2021 competition, winning 2 Silver and 2 Bronze awards for clients Procter & Gamble, Telekom Romania and Fashion Days. The gala took place online on 1 December 2021.
This is the third year in a row that Leo Burnett Bucharest has won substantial recognition at Effie Europe, but for the first time it has received the most awards.

The Effie Awards Europe is an annual competition that rewards the most effective marketing communication campaigns in Europe. It is a symbol of the proven effectiveness of advertising and a tribute to the partnership between client and agency. At this year's competition, 35 trophies were awarded to 26 agencies from 17 European countries. The winners were selected by an international jury of senior agency and client representatives co-chaired by Claire Miller, Global Head of Strategy at the LEGO Agency and Vincent Garel, Executive Vice President at TBWA\Groupe France.
The two Silver Awards went to Leo Burnett Bucharest agency for the "Sleep tight, little fighter" campaign developed for Pampers. The campaign was recognised in the Best of Europe: FMCG and Best of Europe: Positive Change categories.
At the same time, Leo Burnett Bucharest won two Bronze Awards for the following campaigns: "The Online Park" for Telekom Romania and „Black Friday The Common Sense Edition” for Fashion Days, in the Best of Europe: Internet & Telecom and Best of Europe: Retail categories.
All these campaigns also won awards in the Effie Romania 2021 competition, where they contributed to Leo Burnett Bucharest being named Agency of the Year for the 4th consecutive year.
