We’re looking for a Group Account Director to join our team!

Primarily responsible for managing client relationships, as the key point of contact for agency’s clients, this role coordinates the resources needed to execute projects, develops strategic operational plans, and balances client expectations with the execution of creative work.

Responsibilities

  • Command complete ownership and accountability for assigned lines of business and relationships with clients and agency team at all levels
  • Encourage a positive, professional environment that supports teammates, clients, and the work
  • Exude confidence in leading lines of business and integrated teams, including mastery of the tactical elements of the discipline at mid and junior levels to help coach talent and roll sleeves up when duty calls
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and seek opportunities to achieve breakthrough results
  • Spot challenges in the distance, and know when to bring in agency leadership to troubleshoot
  • Provide supervision to integrated teams internally to ensure every new net idea sold and every adaptation agreed to become a great execution out in the world
  • Ensure successful financial operations across assigned lines of business adhering to the Scope of Work
  • Manage project plans that can be accurately tracked against and that set the team up for success
  • Have an ongoing understanding of how work is against projections and billing holistically
  • Stay informed and share industry and cultural trends and technological advances that may help inform our output

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years integrated advertising agency experience preferred
  • 3+ years supervisory experience and 2+ years leading client business
  • Experience managing large-scale integrated campaigns and content production
  • A great communicator (written and oral) and excellent presenter that fully commands a room
  • A great listener, able to turn information into action
  • Positive outlook and great people skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strategic, resourceful and inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit, having the desire to build and lead the brand and the team
  • A self-starting multi-tasker that can handle the pressure of several large and small assignments at once and at high speed
