We are looking for a cool & fresh Digital Graphic Designer to join our team at McCann Worldgroup Romania. As a member of our digital design department you will have the opportunity to create, co-create and iterate designs that captivate our clients’ digital audiences that follow carefully crafted communication strategies.
As a creative powerhouse, you will be collaborating daily with passionate art directors, copywriters, account managers or other stakeholders from our creative teams, brainstorming and crafting your way through every inch of a digital campaign, while gathering more in-depth skills and further developing beautiful graphic designs in order to offer some awesome campaigns and digital experiences for our audiences.
What you’ll do:
- Create various materials for campaigns like key visuals, campaign mockups, static and animated banners, newsletter designs etc.;
- Create and define different design assets that support several campaign guidelines, brand identity guidelines or design systems;
- Create designs for different landing pages, presentation websites, digital activation LPs or assets for various apps;
- Support developers in the creation of the final site or application in line with desired UI principles that are adhered to throughout different projects;
- Understand client’s identity requirements and brand goals in order to design innovative and creative work for their digital assets;
What you need to have:
- Portfolio of digital work;
- Experience with creating different marketing digital assets for advertising campaigns and knowing the digital ads formats;
- Experience with designing responsive web-designs;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are a must);
- Experience with creating a type of animated banner in any type of editing software (preferably Premiere or After Effects);
- Openness towards developing strong design skills;
- Communication and collaboration skills;
- Understanding of digital design assets;
- Creative and analytical approach.
What is nice / represents a plus to have:
- An undergraduate degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies and/or related fields;
- Experience in a similar role as a designer/creative role (at least 1 year);
- Experience with Adobe XD or Figma;
