We are looking for a team player, motivated and experienced Account Manager in BTL field, who is open to learn and follow agency’s vision & processes and flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.

Masterful coordination, strategic project management, and seamless communication are the key to delivering a flawless performance. He/she will be part of our Client Service team of account managers and execute account management activities for various clients who are active in the following areas: beverages, snacks, cosmetics, alcoholic drinks. (the list is open to discussion)
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and managing Shopper & Brand Activations mainly for FMCG clients, in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for his clients and ensure an excellent client service, managing the necessary resources for each project.
- Delivers effective and creative presentations based on clients’ objectives, briefs, budget and campaign KPIs.
- Has ownership and overview of campaign execution for assigned client accounts.
- Proactive and active participation in establishing the feasibility of proposals, coming up with ideas for improvement on projects (proposals of efficient mechanics in accordance with the client's objectives).
- Participate and supervision at the events of his clients. Providing feedback and finding solutions to improve the activity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Agency, highly preferred in BTL agency
- Good knowledge of shopper campaigns in the market and communication possibilities in trade locations.
- Strong understanding of BTL concepts and best practices in the market.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
