We are at a stage of rapid expansion and would like to welcome an Art Director (Concept Creation) to our team.
The compensation package includes:
- A competitive salary based on the candidate’s experience (€1,000–€2,500 per month), including a plan for professional growth to higher levels

What you will do:
- Generate innovative ideas for the visual elements of trade marketing campaigns across one or multiple trade channels (ON Trade, OFF Trade, Modern Trade), including:
- Print materials (e.g., posters, shelf decorations, leaflets, island displays, table tents, menus, etc.)
- Secondary placements (e.g., permanent displays, end-cap decorations, pallet displays, etc.)
- Theatrical displays
- Standardized materials (e.g., brochures, catalogues, franchise manuals, etc.)
- Innovative POSMs (e.g., creative displays, print materials, and out-of-the-box ideas)
- Present designs and collaborate with the Account Manager to deliver ideas for client approval or feedback
- Deliver solutions, frameworks, and concepts based on client stories, ad-hoc requirements, and challenges
- Design and continuously refine standardized concepts, always aiming to maximize Mediascope’s KPIs and client benefits
Must-Have:
- Relevant education and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in creative design fields such as graphic design, interior design, product design, or architecture
- Solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to express concepts clearly
- Strong knowledge of the following software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), 3D Studio Max, or any other 3D modeling software
- Proficiency in materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes
- Tech- and digital-savvy, with a passion for innovation
- Passionate, eager to learn, self-motivated, and strong communication skills in both English and Romanian
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional attitude
