Join our team as a Senior Social Media Manager
We’re seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join the Dare Digital team!
In your role you will assist our department with improving and executing paid and non-paid social communication plans and social community management for various important brands. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who can operate within a quick-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate has a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement, and stays ahead of the curve on new social media trends.
You’ll be responsible for the continued success of our client portfolio, across various sizes & industry types.

What you'll do:
Team coordination and support:
- Task allocation and task prioritisation for team members
- Time management supervision for the team members in order to deliver best team productivity
- Project overview across all social media activity of the agency
Service upgrade:
- Integrate customer feedback through continuous internal work assessment
- Creativity and innovation as per current and future trends
Quality check:
- Quality check for all deliverables
- Ensure all team deliverables are on time and on budget
- Check implementation status
- Optimization:
Continuously monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). - Presentation:
Present data and reports to a range of audiences (internal or external, knowledgeable or not) - Reporting:
Provide regular performance reports, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, along with actionable recommendations for future optimizations. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer strategic insights and recommendations.
What you’ll need:
- Graduation diploma in a relevant field (Marketing, Communication, etc)
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a (digital) marketing specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Curiosity to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and platform updates, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
