ProCredit Bank Romania is seeking new talent and energy to join our Marketing team based in Bucharest for a long-term contract.

We are looking for a driven and proactive marketing specialist to support our local marketing team in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all marketing activities such as creation & roll out of local marketing campaigns, managing internal and external communication, events, budget, and planning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brief and oversee the work with the creative team and suppliers (designers, copywriter, PPC agency etc.).
  • Contribute to the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to campaigns and in all proper communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging, data-driven content for various digital channels and for various projects and campaigns.
  • Develop local marketing materials if required (banners, flyers, roll-ups, etc.), ensuring that all materials are on message, on brand, on time and within budget.
  • Provide consolidated reports on marketing activities and results as needed.
  • Manage and implement content updates on current website (working with WordPress) and work closely with external provider for new developments.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to build a content strategy to improve search rankings and the PPC campaigns currently running, working closely with the performance marketing agency.
  • Providing support for all company fairs and events.
  • Possibly other responsibilities depending on team composition and willingness to learn.

 

Apply if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in an advertising agency or in a PPC agency. Experience in banking/financing/leasing/insurance or a related industry is a plus.
  • Fluent oral and written English communication skills. Fluency in Romanian is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Marketing, Business. Master’s degree preferred.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  •  Working knowledge or proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, GTM, GSC, WordPress, CRMs, SEMRush and others). 
  • Ideally, working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Experience with SEO, SEM and PPC.
  • A technically oriented mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Problem solving abilities and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Skilled at balancing day-to-day execution with long-term strategic goals
