What would our new Social Media Manager do? 

Our new social media manager will:

  • directly manage the social media accounts allocated
  • build yearly and quarterly social media strategies ( and boldly bring new media and technology to the table) for existing as well as new clients
  • supervise the content production for the social media channels of our clients (strategic approach, planning, and briefing of dedicated resources in charge of this development)
  • together with the social media team, handle influencer management: identify& work with influencers to amplify campaigns
  • reporting & analysis: identify insights from reports and generate key learnings
  • drive optimization: monitor performance and refocus if needed.

 

What do you need for the job?

  • Work experience: minimum three years of social media management in an advertising agency.
  • Good project management skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, data-driven thinker, collaborative by nature.
  • Passionate about emerging Social Platforms and willing to try new things and take risks.
  • Experience with various publishing and monitoring tools (reporting, listening, publishing, Facebook and Google advertising platforms) is a plus.
