What are we looking for?

We’re searching for a Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of client or agency-side experience. You should be someone who’s always in tune with pop culture and current trends, with the drive to bring our brands to life in the digital space.

 

What does the job involve?

  • Developing and enhancing social media strategies, focusing on creative, results-driven approaches;
  • Crafting and executing innovative content plans for key platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok;
  • Leading proactive initiatives to shine a spotlight on our products and elevate brand awareness;
  • Managing community engagement by building relationships with followers and responding to feedback in an authentic way;
  • Analyzing data and performance metrics to continuously optimize content and campaigns for better results.

 

About you:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands (preferably in retail or related fields);
  • You’re a digital native, with a deep understanding of each platform’s nuances, and you stay ahead of the curve when it comes to trends and pop culture;
  • You have experience in building and leading social media strategies, with a strong focus on creativity, innovation, and audience engagement;
  • You’re detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for aesthetics, and can confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Graphic design skills are a major plus! We’re looking for someone who can both strategize and bring their ideas to life visually.
