British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for e-Commerce Specialist - Maternity Cover in Bucharest.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implement and execute the eCommerce & Digital marketing strategy enabling the best Consumer Experience in accordance with the brand image and standard.
  • Collaborates with the Brand and End Market activation teams to deliver and implement marketing campaign and launch of new products, always ensuring best in class website innovation and UX/UI
  • Briefs the agencies for the projects assigned, follows the project, from briefing to execution, as project manager with full ownership of the process and ensure it relevance in the wider eCommerce strategy.
  • Accountable for cross-channel integrations, finding and implementing innovative programs and tools (such as UX/UI tools, customer behavior analysis, CRO tools etc) and SEO strategy implementation (understanding of it, overviews delivery by agency, implementation of SEO best practices).
  • Creates reports on company’s e-commerce performance, trends, and market specifics: THP/Modi/MO P&L, GM Model eCommerce reports etc.
  • Completes research and analyses data to develop and support understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations with actionable data to support key decision.
  • Understanding of customer and market data that contributes to an efficient review of content ensuring an efficient process to increase the visibility in the online environment.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C e-commerce.
  • Very good knowledge of digital marketing with knowledge of reporting and analysis tools – Magento/Shopify, Power BI, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Clarity, Contentsquare.
  • Team player and interpersonal skills with a commercial focus and an analytical mindset able to negotiate and influence stakeholders, ready to challenge and to do things differently.
  • Agency Management and ability to deliver on time in Full.
  • Presentation skills, effective communication, and knowledge of the Office pack.
  • Magento platform (or any other CMS platform) and new trending Martech tools with general understanding of the technology linked to the digital platforms.
  • English – proficiency
