To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing projects.

Our  Solutions

Omniconvert Reveal helps retailers to improve their customer lifetime value. It does it by monitoring and generating insights about customer behavior and satisfaction.

Omniconvert Explore helps companies improve their online conversion rate. It does it with a suite of CRO tools: AB testing, surveys, overlays, and website personalization.

Our professional managed services - we understand hands-on how to leverage CRO and CVO for eCommerce players. Our data-driven team helps companies implement working strategies to improve the conversion rate and deliver relevant customer journeys.

We’re an excellence center that helps other service providers to sell and deliver outstanding CVO services to other retailers.

The CVO Academy & Community - Our teaching initiative: authentic and inspired professors from the academic and practitioner’s arena and the possibility to learn from a community that has already adopted and implemented CVO projects.

 

The Job

Primary responsibilities:

  • Help define the strategy & then implement it
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Make sure that we’re LIVE (Project Management)
  • Handle the different marketing projects and the marketing team (5 people for now)
  • Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors:
    Content writers
    SEO agency
    PPC agency
    Video editors
    Various tool vendors
    Influencers/partners
    Designers/ copywriters
    Developers
    Sales team
    Product teams
  • Strategize & Orchestrate the marketing campaigns - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Report & improvements - make sure you overview & improve the KPIs (with  the help of a data team)

The Objectives

  • Generate Leads (inbound SQLs)
  • Build awareness over the categories we’re crafting (traffic/ reach)

 

Experience

  • Relevant people management experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences; creatively choosing the right channels, and running marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Experience in all channels, including web, email marketing
  • Creative experience demonstrated across marketing campaigns for new content
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics or equivalent
  • Experience in handling multiple projects
  • Experience working with digital companies

  • Traffic > Conversion Rate > Leads > MQLs > SQLs / measured against target & YoY
