Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and providing innovative solutions? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our team and lead our business development efforts.

As our Sales Director, you will:

  • Plan and execute new business and sales activities to develop major accounts and uncover new opportunities.
  • Identify market needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Represent our agency to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings.
  • Manage the entire sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, asking the right questions, solution pitch, negotiation, closing, and handover to the account management team.
