We are pursuing a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team, with a focus on closing client deliverables and launching new products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects and client relationships, delivering budget estimates, and providing revenue forecasting and strategies to achieve these goals.

As Senior Account Manager, you will be expected to launch the company's new products and services, identify revenue growth opportunities, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

You will also lead the client service growth path by recruiting new team members, providing learning opportunities, and managing the company's resources. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor on their business needs and objectives.
  • Manage and track the status of client deliverables and take appropriate measures to ensure timely and high-quality standard project completion.
  • Coordinates external project teams at all stages (briefing, design, budgeting, and delivering client presentations), to ensure a successful project-win ratio.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales team to expand the business with clients.
  • Manages proper implementation of agreed project changes, according to client’s expectations.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • English is like your second language (written & spoken).
  • With + 6 years in previous account management positions in BTL, full-services or B2B agencies.
  • Experience working with external partners and freelancers.
  • Project Management skills to the roof
  • Problem-solving, working on multiple projects, setting and meeting deadlines, pro-activity, managing priorities, all this comes naturally to you.
  • You also think creatively and plan strategically.
